From day of purchase to 5 months later working with this dealership has been a complete nightmare. What happened to providing exceptional customer service? My 2025 has been in their dealership multiple times due to the lack of quality work. And I as a consumer have absolutely no right to be upset about it in their eyes. I’ve attempted to contact the owner on multiple occasions to get zero response. You would think that he would take pride in ownership of his dealership. Instead all he wants is his employees to sell you a product and doesn’t care about the quality of work provided. Doesn’t care that the product you purchased is not being provided. Ultimately they have sold me a product and not allowing me to utilize it. Don’t waste your time or money going there. The GM is horrible. And is well known in the industry for her behavior. The owner could care less about his customers. All you are is another $ sign.
It does not matter if you have an appt, they will keep your vehicle all day and not give you any updates. If you ever plan to return , do yourself a favor and DO NOT fill out a customer service survey. The service advisor is given your name when you leave a negative review and will xxxx with you and your car. Melinda Filer is the worst service advisor ever. I will never return to this Chevy dealership for service nor to buy a vehicle after the way I was treated. Before my horrid experience I had purchased several cars with extended warranties from this dealership. Penny the manager definitely knows how to de-escalate a bad situation, so kudos to her on her skills.
The service depart is HORRID! They NEVER call you to explain what is going on with your car. You can never get a hold of your service rep. They never call you back when they say they will. Warranty work? Expect to have your car in the shop for a month with NO updates. Or the typical "nothing is wrong with your car". Terrible customer service will be going some place else.
I brought my car in for an oil change on a Saturday. I checked it in at 10:54 and was told it would be done around 3:00. My husband picked me up and our kids and I ran errands for the afternoon. I drove back to the dealership at 3 o’clock only to find they hadn’t started on my car, nobody had called me to tell me it wouldn’t be done by three and made me feel like an idiot because they said they were “short staffed” and I was a “walk-in” so she was surprised I would come back at three. Either way, communication goes along way. I actually wouldn’t have minded, leaving it longer, except the look I got from the advisor when I was surprised it hadn’t been completed. I asked for my car back, with no oil change and no real apologies.
Melinda was my advisor for my last service on my 2023 Chevy Colorado she was great she definitely knows the product. She has the know-how and experience to take care of her customers! Thank you so much Melinda!

I will never use Roseville Chevrolet again they stripped my oil plug then tell me they would replace it but I pay have for the oil which I agreed to but felt was wrong. They lied never fixed any thing. This is their responsibility as far as I am concerned. Not good customer relations at all

I have has several Issues with service department. But Penny the service manger has fixed my prev. issue. My truck is there right now. I dropped it off on Saturday morning for a Monday appointment. I called Tuesday afternoon because I hadn't haerd anything. So I called They said they haven't looked at it yet because, The service writer wasn't in till Wednesday. Part 2 They sold us a tire warranty That covered replacement, (oh wait we hit the max in the fine print) and of course they said when you buy it there is nothing like that. " We will replace them as many times as needed" I wanted to make sure do to it's a dually. I will never Buy or have anything serviced there EVER again
Bad experience, went to change oil and filter came back to find that they didn’t change the filter. They weren’t welcoming from the beginning. Never going back again!
Terrible Experience with Unfulfilled Promises and Unbearable Wait Times I recently had the misfortune of purchasing a new car from Chevrolet Roseville, and the experience was nothing short of a nightmare. My excitement for my son's first car quickly turned into frustration and disappointment due to the awful service and unmet promises that unfolded during our visit. Upon arriving at the dealership, I had hoped for a smooth and pleasant experience, but that was far from reality. The process dragged on for nearly 5 hours, and most of our time was spent waiting for the financing agent to prepare the contract. This excessive delay was both baffling and infuriating, especially given my previous experiences with other dealerships that were far more efficient. However, the most egregious aspect of this ordeal was the behavior of RANDY, the closer. From the outset, he tried to upsell me on various add-on services that amounted to an astonishing $7500. He artfully presented these services as if they were an integral part of the transaction, leaving me under the impression that they were mandatory. After further scrutiny, I discovered these services were completely optional. This deceitful tactic to inflate the purchase price was utterly unacceptable and left a sour taste in my mouth. To make matters worse, Randy assured me I had ample time to provide him with a friend and family discount code, as I had purchased the car using this discount. He explicitly told me that I had a week to furnish the code. Acting upon his information, I sent the code on 8/6/23, well within the timeframe he had indicated. However, I was shocked when I received a response stating that the code had to be submitted by the end of the month. Randy had lied to me to expedite the deal closure. This deceptive behavior left me feeling cheated and utterly disgusted by the level of service I had received. I am appalled by the way I was treated at Chevrolet Roseville. The numerous negative reviews on platforms like Yelp and Google attest that this dealership consistently falls short regarding customer service. It's painfully evident that they prioritize profit over the satisfaction and retention of their customers. My experience serves as a warning to others considering doing business with this dealership. I will share my appalling encounter with everyone I know to ensure they don't fall victim to such deceitful practices. In the end, Chevrolet Roseville needs to have the integrity and commitment to customer service that one should expect from a reputable dealership.
I miss John L Sullivan, the team that used to own this dealership. The new Roseville Chevrolet has totally missed the mark on what made Sullivan so successful for so many years - customer service. Sullivan thought of every aspect of the customer experience from the long negotiating process to the service and maintenance. Roseville Chevrolet is looking to only make a profit and it shows. We're back to dreading a cold, impersonal, "nickel and dime" visit to the dealership. This is a case for online car shopping for sure.
Phone system xxxx. No human answers the phone. Press number for service advisor, puts you on hold, and it wants you to keep pressing 1 to stay on hold. Finally starts ringing and upon answer, call disconnects! Called back again, this time, after a few 1 presses again, decided to press 2 to leave a voicemail. Then they don't call back. Sheesh!
Took my Yukon in for service and brake lights and screw in my tire. Screw and brake light didn’t get fixed my mistake for not checking at the dealership. Figured this is a pretty easy task nope. Don’t take your car here.
Don’t even think about buying your new car there. Shady practices, lazy service department and empty promises. After two months we still have the items in our trunk, that supposed to be installed at Pre Delivery Inspection. You’ll get your brand new car full of scratches and Management doesn’t show any willingness to solve the problems. They lost the customer, I’m not coming back. Prieto Pledge is just an empty corporate slogan. We gave them a chance to fix the situation, but they clearly don’t care! Federal Trade Commission (FTC) is going to be informed about this dealership. We do NOT recommend anyone to do business at this place.
I had a great experience at Roseville Chevrolet! And I am very happy with my Cherry Traverse. Lee made the car buying experience easy. I highly recommend him. He was personable, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Jerry also was helpful and assisted me in the process. I would definitely recommend them both!
Had such a pleasant and enjoyable experience purchasing my Silverado with Christian! He was very knowledgeable and patient throughout the entire process. Very nice smile as well :)
Dyson was a good person. He is very friendly so that made us more comfortable to work around and also nice test drive. He caused us to stay and purchase the car but the manager acting poorly since we knew all these tricks. The financial didn’t ask all required documents so we had to to back and forth to home twice to bringing the documents
I had an excellent sales experience with Bradley Hall and then finance with Daryl in purchasing my new 2023 Chevy Traverse. Both were very respectful of my time and decisions. My 2nd key was missing at time of purchase and Brad and JP in service did a great job of keeping me up to date and then getting me in and out timely as it was programed. While in for my 2nd key Brian in parts directed me on to a online discount through Chevrolet for floor liners. I used it for 15% off and then picked up 2 days later. I have been extremely pleased with Roseville Chevrolet. My thanks to all noted.
