I had an excellent sales experience with Bradley Hall and then finance with Daryl in purchasing my new 2023 Chevy Traverse. Both were very respectful of my time and decisions. My 2nd key was missing at time of purchase and Brad and JP in service did a great job of keeping me up to date and then getting me in and out timely as it was programed. While in for my 2nd key Brian in parts directed me on to a online discount through Chevrolet for floor liners. I used it for 15% off and then picked up 2 days later. We saw an add for a truck online that was what we were looking for, 3/4 ton, 4x4, long bed, white, not too new but not too old, but it didn't have photos and the price seemed a little low compared to other similar trucks we had been looking at. We sent a contact me request and requested photos and additional info about the truck. Jesus contacted us and provided photos and additional details and we ultimately decided to come take a look at the truck. It was a little rough around the edges as it hadn't been thoroughly prepped for sale yet, but we were able to negotiate a fair price and left satisfied with our experience. The truck cleaned up MUCH better than I think we had expected it would and when all was said and done we felt like we got a VERY good deal for the exact truck we were looking for.
