Dyson was a good person. He is very friendly so that made us more comfortable to work around and also nice test drive. He caused us to stay and purchase the car but the manager acting poorly since we knew all these tricks. We saw an add for a truck online that was what we were looking for, 3/4 ton, 4x4, long bed, white, not too new but not too old, but it didn't have photos and the price seemed a little low compared to other similar trucks we had been looking at. I purchased my 2022 Silverado back in February and I've been waiting on parts since I bought it and due to ownership change I was lost in the system but when I came in today for an oil change my service advisor James Gregg got everything figured out and I have another appointment this week to get everything tooken care of.
Service advisor who helped me was friendly and professional. I did feel she was offering additional services that appeared to be marginal given mileage. I was disturbed she asked if I wants a transmission flush since a flush does not appear to be recommended by GM but does add to revenue to the dealership. I recently purchased a 2019 Toyota 4Runner SR5, from a polite and courteous Gerald M., Roseville Chevrolet. I am pleased with my purchase. I had a nice experience dealing with everyone I met there. I walked in with a set price and left with the vehicle I wanted. I noticed that most dealerships I visited added at least $5000. In aftermarket parts/ merchandise to the vehicle that you may not use or activate and is rolled into the price of the vehicle. Overall I had a pleasant experience. I was involved in an accident that totaled my car. Two months prior to that, I had given birth to twins so spending the day at a dealership was not going to work for me. Jacob was excellent from the moment he picked up my phone call. He helped me with the transaction primarily over the phone to make it so I didn’t have to leave my babies. He was super friendly, helpful, and personable. I would highly recommend Roseville Chevrolet and will send my friends to Jacob in the future.
Robert who helped me was very kind and helpful. He was kind enough to talk to my dad on the phone to explain the problem and I appreciate his help. I was quoted $1300 for a repair with $600 being parts, meaning that the labor and taxes would take up the remaining $700. Buying the parts not from Chevy costed approximately $200 and took less than one hour to replace the thermostat housing, hoses and coolant bottle. The people were over the top with kindness. I'm 74 years old, and my first new car ever. They made feel like part of the family, even served coffee and cookies. I feel like a new friend. My experience has been with the General Sales Manager, Brian Watkins. We had a very unfortunate experience at the Yuba City location and I couldn’t get anyone there to return our calls/emails, so on a wing and a pray I contacted the Roseville dealership and reached out to Brian. He has literally helped me get names and contacts for the YC store and graciously answered my pesky text messages within minutes! Keep in mind, he had NOTHING to do with our purchase at the YC location! When we are ready for another purchase, he’s our guy 🤩

Very nice clean place. They had a small cafe that served Peet's coffee and food to buy($2 off if u bring ur car service receipt). A comfy lounge area. Free popcorn. In the purchase process every single person that I dealt with was great - friendly, helpful and all around nice people. It was a very good experience buying my new car here. However, trying to get a stupid little decal replaced which was under warranty was an absolute nightmare. Thanks to Denise Langley it was finally taken care of after 4 months. Denise was and is wonderful!
